Training takes place on a Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm, with a weekly track session each Monday at 6pm.
Tuesday training sessions usually start from Suthers School, Fernwood, Newark, NG24 3NH, where we have access to meet indoors in poor weather and also changing and toilet facilities. We aim to provide at least one steady option and one improvers session each Tuesday.
On a Thursday, we have an improvers session, mostly starting at the YMCA building. There is also usually a social run during the day on a Thursday, with details on the internal Facebook group posted at the beginning of that week.
A training plan for the month will be uploaded to the news page in the week before the start of that month.
Please do check the start locations on the training plan as we sometimes have special events or a temporary change of location (e.g. hill sessions, bacon butty runs etc.)
