The nights are now dark, so please make sure you consider high viz and lights! Most of our training is held in lit areas, but it is beneficial that you can be easily seen and see while training!
You will see we have a bleep test night this month. This is a great way of benchmarking where you are and being able to compare your fitness in the future!
Please always check the locations of sessions, as they do sometimes vary!
