Three members of NOTFAST; Dick Brumby, Jo Pendleton and Steve Needham took to the forest trails around Sherwood Pines in the Evil Sheriff Duathlon.

Dick reports; ‘a quite muddy off road run/bike/run of 5K/16K (perhaps 19K)/3.6K’. Dick’s time was 1:41:44 and he came 4th in the 55+ age group. Steve Needham finished in 2h01m53s while Jo Pendleton finished in 1h57m51s.

The Seagrave Challenge is a 16mile event off road through lovely, if a bit muddy, countryside. Some run some walk some do a bit of each. Martin Dickenson 2h40m14s, Liz Walton 2h48m27s, David Watt 2h40m10s and Caroline Upton 2h48m27s all successfully completed the challenge.

John Miller travelled to The Peak District and walked the 26 mile route of the beautiful but very demanding Six Dales Challenge. This route links up six of the major Peak District Dales which involves hard walking and lots of ascents.
