Liz Walton and David Watt completed their first full mountain marathon this weekend. The RAB two-day event was held in the Lake District and the chosen short-score course had a six-hour cut-off on Saturday and five-hour on Sunday. The idea was to navigate and run between control points shown on a map. These were not given until the clock started ticking. It was a test of navigation strategy and running in the hills. They finished in 10h35m well inside the cut off time.

Darren Wilkinson ran The Clumber Park 10K in 48m14s while Ann Manley recovering from her knee injury finished in 56m44s.
Steve Needham completed The Clumber Park off road Duathlon on Saturday in 1h55m58s.
Andy Pritchett with a recovering heel injury ran The Goose Fair Gallop in 57m17s.
Piotr Dura is visiting family in Poland and racing well. He has run in a 5K in Poznan in 20m31s and a special half marathon race with a PB of 1h37m32s in Legnica. , also back home a half marathon in The Isle of Axholme in 1h42m.
