5. 8 x 60 Second Efforts


This is another session with shorter, hard efforts. It starts with a 12 minute warm up (or to get you to where you are going to be doing your efforts), and then there are 8 sets of 60 secs of hard effort, followed by 90 seconds of recovery. Once completed, a 12 minute cool down!

Always good to get some stretching in too, to ensure no injuries! Session screenshot is also attached! Happy Running
